Returns & Refund Policy

At Farah Jewellery, we take pride in offering high-quality luxury jewellery.
Due to the nature of fine jewellery products, all purchases are considered final sale.

 

1. General Policy

All goods purchased from Farah Jewellery are not eligible for cash refunds.


Approved returns are refunded strictly as store credit only.

 

Store credit:

  • Is non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Must be used for future purchases at Farah Jewellery

 

2. Defective or Incorrect Items (Within 3 Days)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

 

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and unaltered
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • All authenticity cards and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

 

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval before store credit is issued.
Items showing signs of wear, scratches, dents, resizing, or misuse will not be accepted.

 

3. Exchanges (Within 7 Days)

Non-defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

 

To qualify for exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in brand-new condition
  • Original packaging and documentation must be included
  • The item must not show any signs of wear or alteration

 

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


If the desired replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

 

4. Customized & Bespoke Jewellery

Customized, engraved, resized, altered, or bespoke jewellery items are strictly
non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

 

5. Inspection & Approval

All returned items undergo quality inspection.


Farah Jewellery reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Show visible signs of wear or damage
  • Have been resized or altered
  • Are missing packaging or documentation
  • Do not meet return conditions

 

If a return is rejected, the item will be returned to the customer.

 

6. Gifted Items

Gift recipients may exchange items within 7 days of receipt by visiting our boutique,
provided the item is unused and accompanied by a valid gift receipt.

 

Refunds or store credits for gifted items will only be issued to the original purchaser.
