Shipping & Delivery Policy

Farah Jewellery currently offers delivery within the United Arab Emirates only.

All deliveries are complimentary unless otherwise stated.

 

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across the UAE. At this time, international shipping is not available.

 

2. Delivery Timings

Deliveries are made daily between 10:00 AM and 9:30 PM,
excluding Sundays and UAE public holidays.

 

Orders placed outside business hours (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM),
after the daily cut-off time, or during Sundays or public holidays
will be processed on the next UAE working day.

 

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur during promotional periods, sale seasons,
or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Farah Jewellery reserves the right to delay or cancel any order
if fraud prevention checks require additional verification.

 

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Farah Jewellery is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries
resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

 

5. Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability,
incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order,
Farah Jewellery reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule delivery, or
  • Charge a re-delivery fee where applicable.

 

6. Non-Delivery

If an order is confirmed as lost or undelivered due to an operational error
by Farah Jewellery or the courier, and the product has not been received by the customer,
Farah Jewellery may offer:

 

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
  • A refund to the original payment method.

 

Refunds in such cases will only be processed after official confirmation
from the courier that the parcel is declared lost.

 

Farah Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events,
including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions,
or circumstances beyond our control.

 

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the package upon receipt.
If the packaging appears damaged, please notify us immediately
and contact our Customer Care team within 3 days of delivery.
