Welcome to Farah Jewellery. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website
https://farahjewellery.com and the purchase of products from Farah Jewellery LLC,
a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates,
with commercial license number 617548 and registered office at
Grand Hyatt Dubai, Umm Hurair 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UAE law.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Product Information & Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications
are accurate and up to date. However, colours, textures, and finishes may vary due to
screen resolution, lighting, and device settings.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in stone size,
carat weight, colour tone, or setting may occur due to the handcrafted nature of fine jewellery.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable UAE taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via approved online payment gateways. Farah Jewellery does not store
full payment card details. All transactions are securely processed by authorized payment providers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors,
suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Farah Jewellery currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Non-Delivery
If an order is confirmed as lost or undelivered due to an error by Farah Jewellery or the courier,
and the product has not been received by the customer, Farah Jewellery may issue a refund
to the original payment method or provide a replacement, at our discretion.
Such refunds are issued only after confirmation from the courier that the parcel is officially declared lost.
5. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit
All goods purchased from Farah Jewellery are considered final sale and are not eligible
for cash refunds.
Store Credit Policy
Approved returns are refunded strictly as store credit only. Store credit is non-transferable,
cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used for future purchases at Farah Jewellery.
Defective or Incorrect Items (Within 3 Days)
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unaltered, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
All returned items are subject to inspection and approval before store credit is issued.
Exchanges (Within 7 Days)
Non-defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery,
provided they are unused, unaltered, and in original sellable condition
with all original packaging and documentation.
Customized & Bespoke Jewellery
Customized, engraved, resized, or bespoke jewellery items are strictly non-returnable
and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
Farah Jewellery reserves the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear, damage,
scratches, alteration, or misuse.
6. Exchanges for Gifted Items
Gift recipients may exchange items within 7 days of receipt by visiting our physical boutique,
provided the item is unused and accompanied by a valid gift receipt.
7. Warranty & Product Care Disclaimer
Fine jewellery is delicate and must be handled with care. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear,
improper handling, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to chemicals, or unauthorized repair
is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Minor scratches, stone loosening due to impact, bent prongs, or surface wear
are not classified as defects.
We recommend periodic professional cleaning and inspection to maintain the integrity of your jewellery.
8. Ethical Sourcing & Compliance
All diamonds sold by Farah Jewellery are natural and free from synthetic or CVD properties.
Our gold, diamonds, gemstones, and pearls are sourced from reputable suppliers
who comply with international ethical standards and United Nations Resolutions.
We confirm that none of our diamonds originate from sanctioned sources, including
Mbada and Marange Resources of Zimbabwe.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Farah Jewellery shall not be liable
for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website
or products.
Our total liability in connection with any product shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
