- Avoid wearing or storing multiple pieces of jewellery in direct contact with one another, as they may scratch or catch on each other.
- Always store necklaces and chains in a closed or locked position to help prevent tangling.
- Avoid exposing your jewellery to moisture, intense heat, and sudden changes in temperature.
- Make it a habit to remove your jewellery before washing your hands and before using a sauna or steam room.
- Wait approximately 10 minutes after applying cosmetics or perfume before putting on your jewellery.
- Protect your jewellery from corrosive and chemical substances, including salt water and bleach.
- If your jewellery comes into contact with any of these substances, carefully rinse it with clean water and dry it gently with a soft cloth.

We recommend removing your jewellery before any activity that may damage it, including sports, swimming, visits to the pool or beach, housekeeping, gardening, and DIY activities.

Give It the Right Conditions for Long-Lasting Beauty
When you are not wearing your jewellery, store it in its original box or in an individual pouch to protect it from humidity and extreme heat.
Jewellery with pearls is an exception. Pearls are organic materials that require a certain level of moisture to maintain their natural beauty. Jewellery with pearls should therefore be stored in a place with a humid atmosphere, such as a bathroom, or next to a glass of water that is regularly refilled.
For your peace of mind, we recommend having your jewellery checked in store once a year.
Restoring Its Original Shine
There are several ways to restore your jewellery to its original brilliance:
- Light tarnishing or oxidation: Clean your jewellery with clear, warm water and gently rub it with a soft cloth. Avoid circular movements and instead rub in one direction. Dry it gently with a soft cloth. You can also use a jewellery cleaning cloth.
- Heavy tarnishing: You may use a dip cleaner specifically designed for jewellery. Soak the jewellery in the solution for a maximum of 10 seconds, then rinse it thoroughly with warm, clear water and dry it carefully with a soft cloth.
- Professional cleaning: If you believe a deeper clean is required, please visit our boutique. Your jewellery can be sent to our workshop for professional restoration, helping to return it to its original condition.
- Diamonds: To maintain their brilliance, clean diamonds with warm, clear water and gently brush them with a soft brush. Wipe them carefully with a soft cloth.
- Other gemstones: Stones such as pearls, sapphires, onyx, jade, spinel, garnets, and other gemstones require specific care. We recommend bringing jewellery containing these stones to us for professional service.
What Should I Do If My Jewellery Is Damaged?
If, despite your precautions, your jewellery becomes damaged—for example, due to a malfunctioning clasp, worn links, or a damaged setting—we invite you to bring it to our boutique.
Our team will carry out a personalised expert assessment and recommend appropriate repairs where necessary.
